when you are a writer on Hubpages your official title is Hubpages Author, but this is shortened by most authors to Hubber.

Adult or pornographic content is not permitted in Hubpages, publishing content that is against the adsense policy will result in your hub being flagged by members of the hubpages community and removed by the hubpages team. If you continue to publish Adult material your account will also be removed and your IP address banned from the site.

A Hub Article is created in a series of capsules, A text capsule is what you write, a photo capsule is where you ad pictures, A video capsule is where you add video, a links capsule is used to add links to another website, a news capsule allows you to keep your reader updated with the latest news on the subject matter of your hub, an rss capsule keeps your readers updated with the latest information from a website of your choosing, a comments capsule gives your readers a chance to have their say on your article, a poll capsule(another new addition to Hubpages) allows your readers to vote on the topic, an ebay and an amazon capsule is where your avertisements go when you have set up your affiliation with them.

You can add as many or as few capsules that you require for the particular hub that you are writing at the time, capsules can be moved around to suit your pages.

C is For Comments

You can make any article that you write on hubpages interactive by placing a comments capsule in your hubs, this gives the readers a chance to have their say on your chosen topic, comments capsules can be edited to suit your tastes, click on edit of the comments capsule for the options, you can also delete unwanted or abusive comments.

C is for Commercial Hubs

Commercial hubs are required to have an ad level setting of High. Your hub is considered to be commercial if it meets any of these conditions.
